测序通用引物全搜集

相信大家在送DNA测序的时候一般都要求填写载体的名称,如果是T载体或pcDNA3这种常见载体当然没有问题。但如果不是常用的载体,就需要自己合成引物(需要填写序列)或者指定一个通用引物的名称。实际上,我们在遇到后面一种情况时,可以分析下自己载体上有没有下面列举的常用元件。如果有,可以比较下后面列出的序列是否与你的载体序列匹配(这个是以防万一名称相同但序列却有差异),如果也是匹配的,就可以写上这些通用引物的名称(最好在下面也附上相应的序列,防止有些时候测序公司的通用引物库不全)。这样既可以节约自己合成引物的花费,而且这些引物的序列都是经反复优化的,可能比我们自己设计的序列效果更好!
